An estimated 1.25 BILLION animals have died and at least 27 million acres of Australia have burned in the bushfires since September 2019. This direct result of climate change has killed over 8,000 koalas, including half the koala population of South Australia’s Kangaroo Island. I’m hand-embroidering these shirts to raise money for the people and animals being affected by these bushfires and to aide the fight in climate change. Thank you for your support!

WWF is raising $30 million for bushfire response and recovery as well as working to restore habitats for both people and animals and research solutions to fight climate change and prevent future fires with long-term solutions. Read more about the organization and its Koala Crisis fundraiser here.
